The response to my English Toffee Biscotti has been amazing, and I look forward to filling each order to perfection.
My dear sweet husband was quick to remind me of my other delicious biscotti I make each Christmas, Cranberry Almond Biscotti drizzled with White Chocolate, perfect for the season! If you cannot decide which biscotti to order and don't quite need two of 'BeeMarie's Dozen', request half and half!
This time of the year also requires a warming beverage the whole family can enjoy. Here is a special recipe from a good friend of mine, and she said I could pass it along. Enjoy along with your BeeMarie's Biscotti!
Harvest Apple Cider
Always simmer it in the crock pot for at least 2 hours, and it is such a treat after coming in from the cold. Enjoy!
8 whole cloves wrapped in cheesecloth (or sprinkle a few dashes of ground cloves...it's faster!
4 C. apple cider
4 C. pineapple juice
1/2 C. water
1 cinnamon stick
1 individual tea bag (something herbal/fruity)

Homemade English Toffee Biscotti drizzled with White and Dark Chocolate
Mmmmm, the delicious scent of cinnamon and apples fills your home. It is that wonderful time of the year, once again. The leaves have all but fallen from the trees. Winter is around the corner. Oh, how the upcoming holidays bring joy....and busy-ness. The days are full, and you don't seem to have the time to actually bake anything that smells as good as the candles burning throughout your home. Light a candle you can do, take the time to bake delicious English Toffee Biscotti drizzled with white and dark chocolate, oh my, how you wish you had the time!
Leave the baking and delivering to BeeMarie's Custom Cakes. I love baking, have ever since I can remember, when my dad would go shopping for my sister and myself when we were just so young, desiring to bake some special creation every Saturday afternoon. I loved baking then, and I still do. A cake or any dessert can look as beautiful as it possibly could, but does it taste good? My specialty is "Specializing in Taste...the rest is the icing on the Cake!" Well, I believe a beautiful baked creation has to taste at least as good as it looks (and looks are nice, by the way. I love to make things look marvelous!). This is my goal with my custom cakes (http://www.beemariescakes.com/), as it is with everything I make. If it doesn't work out, out goes that recipe!
My English Toffee Biscotti is no exception. I make the toffee from scratch, using pure butter, which adds a nice, heavenly buttery and chewy (but not too chewy) texture to my biscotti. Be warned ~ my English Toffee Biscotti is not your typical dry and hard biscotti, no! It has a perfect texture, a nice chew, and the portions, as with my cakes, are very generous. Once you try one, you will be hooked!
Are you planning a nice party in the coming weeks, or maybe your clients need a sweet and delicious gift?
